Corem signs three lease contracts in Västerås and Eskilstuna


Corem has signed three lease contracts with a total annual contract value of SEK 9.5 million.

In the shopping area Erikslund in Västerås, Corem has signed a 5-year contract with Naturkompaniet for 1,325 sq.m. and a 2-year contract with Dagab Logistik (Willys) for 2,580 sq.m. The tenants are planned to move in during Q1 2023 and Q3 2022, respectively.

In the central part of Eskilstuna, Corem has signed an 8-year contract with Academedia for 1,620 sq.m. The tenant is planned to move in during Q3 2023 and the contract is subject to a building permit.
