Our focus is long-term and sustainable ownership, continous refinement of the properties in our portfolio, and urban development. In-house property management close to our customers is part of our foundation.
As of 30 September 2022 the property portfolio consisted of 473 investment properties with 3,258 tsq.m. of lettable area and a value of SEKm 81,483. The emphasis is on Stockholm, with 40 per cent of the property value, followed by Gothenburg and Copenhagen. Of the lettable area, the majority are offices and logistics/warehouse, with 61 per cent and 21 per cent respectively.
