We have a broad product- and customer offering, ranging from centrally located offices to premises for efficient city logistics.
Our focus is long-term and sustainable ownership, continous refinement of the properties in our portfolio, and urban development. In-house property management close to our customers is part of our foundation.
As of 31 December 2023 the property portfolio consisted of 326 investment properties with 2,428 tsq.m. of lettable area and a value of SEKm 58,033. The emphasis is on Stockholm, with 40 per cent of the property value, followed by Gothenburg and New York. Of the lettable area, the majority are offices and logistics/warehouse, with 49 per cent and 25 per cent respectively.
