Corem’s Properties

Corem’s properties are geographically well focused, located in and around metropolitan areas, growth regions, and logistic hubs.

We have a broad product- and customer offering, ranging from centrally located offices to premises for efficient city logistics.

Our focus is long-term and sustainable ownership, continous refinement of the properties in our portfolio, and urban development. In-house property management close to our customers is part of our foundation.

As of 30 June 2026 the property portfolio consisted of 239 investment properties with 2,041 tsq.m. of lettable area and a value of SEKm 44,976. The emphasis is on Stockholm, with 44 per cent of the property value. Of the lettable area, the majority are offices and logistics/warehouse, with 60 per cent and 21 per cent respectively.
