An important part of our strategy is to manage the properties with our own staff, for the best market awareness and close proximity to our tenants. We have a long-term perspective and want to be a really good business partner for our tenants.
Corem is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap with four types of shares, ordinary shares of series A, ordinary shares of series B, ordinary shares of series D and preference shares.
Our properties are located in locations that are valuable to our tenants – in and around Sweden’s largest cities, at logistics hubs close to the major access routes and in growth areas. Through our broad property portfolio which also includes properties in Copenhagen and New York, we can offer a variety of alternatives and are flexible in the event of changing needs. In addition, through our building rights we can offer tailor-made new premises, in collaboration with tenants.
Our property portfolio is geographically concentrated, gathered in delimited management areas. A strong local presence is at the basis of our strategy and we have our own property management and local offices, with our own staff on site to handle the daily operation and service of our properties.
