Corem has signed a 5-year lease with restaurateur Niklas and Friends regarding 726 sq.m. in the property Orgelpipan 4, at Klarabergsgatan 33-35 in Stockholm. Occupancy is estimated at the end of 2023.
With the leasing of the restaurant space to Niklas and Friends, Orgelpipan 4 is fully leased.

About the property
Orgelpipan 4 has undergone extensive reconstruction and modernization both inside and out. The building has a cultural-historical value and the exterior has been carefully renovated to preserve and recreate period architectural features and materials. Existing stairwells have been maintained while the premises and technical installations have been modernized. The property consists of approximately 4,200 sq.m. of commercial premises, mainly offices but also a restaurant and café at street level.
