In two separate transactions, Corem has signed contracts to divest the property Löplinan 7 in Malmö and the site leasehold to the property Mörtö 6 in Stockholm for a total underlying property value of SEK 73 million.
The total lettable area amounts to approximately 5,000 sq.m. and primarily consists of office and warehouse premises.
Transfer of possession is planned to be on 17 May and 31 May 2022, respectively.
