Corem’s property portfolio mainly consists of warehouse and logistics properties suitable for city logistics. They are located close to major traffic routes and are geographically concentrated in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen and Jönköping.
As of December 31, 2020, Corem owned 167 properties with a fair value of SEK 14,002 million. 57 percent of the stock is in the Stockholm area. 70 percent are warehouse and logistics properties.
