Corem divests properties in Västerås, Borås and Hallstahammar for SEK 420 million

In three separate transactions, Corem has signed contracts to divest the properties Västerås Köpmannen 5, Borås Bromsen 3, Borås Bromsen 4, Borås Spindeln 13 and Borås Spindeln 14 as well as the site leasehold to Hallstahammar Nickeln 2 for a total underlying property value of SEK 420 million.

The total lettable area amounts to approximately 41,000 sq.m. and primarily consists of retail premises.

”The divestments are an additional step in the streamlining of Corem and reallocation to more prioritized segments and growth”, says Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.

Transfer of possession of Bromsen 3, Bromsen 4, Spindeln 13 and Spindeln 14 is planned to be on 1 February 2022, followed by Köpmannen 5 on 25 February 2022 and Nickeln 2 on 1 June 2022.
