Corem has signed a contract to divest the property Borås Termiten 1 for an underlying property value of SEK 167 million.
The property, which is situated in the retail area Knalleland, has a total lettable area of approximately 14,600 sq.m. and primarily consists of retail premises.
”This divestment is a step in the streamlining of Corem, at the same time as we free up capital for other investments in our more prioritized segments”, says Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.
Transfer of possession is planned to be on 31 January 2022.
