Corem’s Properties

Corem’s properties are geographically well focused, located in and around metropolitan areas, growth regions, and logistic hubs.

We have a broad product- and customer offering, ranging from centrally located offices to premises for efficient city logistics.

Our focus is long-term and sustainable ownership, continous refinement of the properties in our portfolio, and urban development. In-house property management close to our customers is part of our foundation.

As of 31 December 2025 the property portfolio consisted of 244 investment properties with 2,048 tsq.m. of lettable area and a value of SEKm 46,937. The emphasis is on Stockholm, with 42 per cent of the property value, followed by Gothenburg and New York. Of the lettable area, the majority are offices and logistics/warehouse, with 52 per cent and 22 per cent respectively.
