Klarabergsgatan, Stockholm
Corem’s urban development on Klarabergsgatan
Welcome to Stockholm’s nearest office. Located in the middle of Stockholm City and next door to entertainment, restaurants, communications and shopping. For the curious: the property is located about 1700 km from London, 3 minutes from Arlandaexpress, 1 minute from the subway, within easy reach of about 300 restaurants, close to innovative landmarks such as Soltrappan, Urban Escape and Stockholm’s new pride Guldbron and The Avicii Experience.
The property was built in 1955 according to drawings by the famous architect Lennart Tham. The Klara district was the hub of Stockholm’s cultural life in the 1950s and gave rise to the prominent journalists and writers of the time. Outside our northern entrance is Nils Ferlin Torg, where the statue of Nils Ferlin stands, behind him Klara church and a stone’s throw from Tegelbacken. All these places testify to a bygone era. Remember, you are writing history for this place the next time you pass.
We are developing the property together with Zengun.
